Joseph Pieretti

Field Operations Manager

Joe is the Field Operations Manager at Nova Electric, primarily focused on overseeing and managing 10+/- electrical projects from start to finish. In this role, He is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of formen, electricians and sub contractors. Joe also works with general contractors daily, to ensure their project requirements are being met.

Prior to joining Nova Electric, Joe was a Site Superintendent for BBM Development Inc, a General
Contractor specializing in the reconstruction of NYC Landmark Townhomes. He brings a wide breadth of experience to the table, having led the execution of complex projects across New York City.

Marcin Bochynski

Senior Project Manager

Marcin began his career as an electrician in 2005, and joined Nova Electric in 2017 as a seasoned electrical foreman with experience running large and small crews. He has played an integral part in the continued growth of our company, from working in the field running jobs to taking on the current role of a Senior Project Manager. He manages our Manpower and Scheduling, and works closely with our electricians and customers on all our large commercial projects. Marcin also puts on his tool-belt and Electrician hat regularly as we work hard to complete projects timely in what is often a very busy construction season. Marcin endeavors to mentor our electricians as he oversees the jobs they work on.

Yosef Meyer

Project Manager

Yosef began his career In Connecticut as an electrical apprentice in 2016 where he was involved in various residential and commercial projects. He was promoted to Service Manager in 2018 and managed a team of service technicians in all aspects of the electrical trade. He earned a masters electrical license in the state of CT before moving to New York to join the Nova team. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, football and soccer. His favorite part of the electrical trade is admiring the craftsmanship of a task well completed. 

Teresa Moszczynski

Office Manager

Teresa Moszczynski joined Nova Electric LLC as the Office Manager in June 2022. She brings to the table over 15 years of progressively responsible experience in Office Management, Accounting, Human Resources Administration, Team Building and Staff Supervision, Recruitment, Inventory Management, Contract Negotiation, Office Relocation, Vendor and Client Administration, Operational Policies and Procedures Development.  She is a natural problem solver, driven by intellectual curiosity to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and financial performance of the company.

Whether it is establishing the most cost-effective vendor relationships, implementing various initiatives to reduce staff turnover and increase employee engagement, or developing an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire, she is the person to go to.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, art, and photography. To maintain overall mental & physical health well-being, she ventures out on regular hiking trips.  Her active lifestyle and open attitude to different cultures have inspired her to visit many interesting travel destinations in the USA and around the world.

Andrii Berenda

Assistant Project Manager

Andrii Berenda was born and raised in Ukraine. He has studied architecture at the Lviv National Polytechnic University. Andrii has a vast experience in BIM and CAD drafting. In New York City, he has worked for an architectural firm as well as for electrical contractor on one of largest infrastructure projects that was recently completed.

Arjon Kapica

Estimator

As a graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Arjon joined the NOVA estimating team in 2019. Arjons favorite part about estimating is by far addendums. He enjoys the constant change in life. When he's not estimating, he enjoys bike riding and playing video games.
